Can I add or remove items from my order? Unfortunately, we are unable to make any changes to your order once it has been placed.
How often do you restock? At this time all drops are exclusive and some items may not restock. To stay up to date with current and future drops please follow us on Instagram @thelitceo and be sure you're subscribed to our email list.
Do you ship internationally? We do not ship internationally at this time, but connect with us on Instagram @thelitceo and suscribe to our email list for all updates.
How long will it take to recieve my order? We strive to get your items to you within 7-10 business days, sometimes much sooner not including holidays and weekends. Though we don't anticipate any delays, due to COVID this is not unusual.
How to track my order? After your order is placed you will receieve a confirmation email showing we recieved your order then you will recieve a second email with tracking information.
Can I get a refund? All refunds will be issued as store credit after all returned items have been recieved and approved.
Does my item qualify to be returned? Yes, if all items are returned unworn without any stains or smells we will be able to issue you store credit. All items must be returned within 7 days of receiving them or they will not be eligiable for store credit.
What do I do if my package says delivered, but I have not recieved it? Once items leave our shipping facility we are no longer responsible for them. You should reach out directly to USPS to file a claim.
